Product arrived on time. Opened box, scooter looks better than what’s showing on the picture with many features that other scooter does not have. American flag looks good and make me proud. So far I have been operating this product for over a month now, no issues. Ride is very smooth. Love this. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Very smooth ride, great value, the best scooter I’ve owned thus far. I found other similar scooter online a lot more expensive than this one. My order initially was back ordered. Customer service was able to give me regular updates, and the scooter arrived in a week.

    Thank you!

If you are in need for a Mobility Scooter then don’t think about buying it, just buy it. You won’t regret it. It’s a great Scooter. It has all of the features you could ever need or want. Customer service is awesome, and they do stand behind their product. It’s great to use inside you home, because it will go through any door opening over 20 inches wide. Believe me, it doesn’t get any better than this.

I did a lot research before I ordered. After I ordered the Patriot Model, the customer service told me there was delays due to order volumes. The customer service is very transparent and keep me updated on the status constantly. I will give their customer service a A+ rating. Now I received the scooter for over 2 weeks. Very happy with the Patriot model. Very quality built, has all the features. All my friends like it too. It has USB charger that I charge my phone. It even comes with an American Flag. I am very proud to ride this scooter around to show my patriotism to the country.

I’ve had my patriot scooter for about a week and a half now and I am very happy with it. It is everything that it was advertised to be. I would highly recommend this to a friend.I do have an issue with the seat that was broken when I received a scooter. I am at a loss how to find a local dealership and how this warranty works. I look forward to hearing from your customer service

The Metro Mobility Patriot scooter is a great value for anyone who’s disabled, and/or the elderly.
The Patriot is a step above the lower end M1 model. This scooter is economically priced at only $899, but providing features, durability, and comfort of units costing much more. The scooter can carry anyone weighing up to 265 pounds with ease. The motor is quite peppy, bringing you up to around 5 miles per hour and features automatic breaking. Unlike the M1, the Patriot offers a smoother, more comfortable ride outdoors; this is brought possible because of it having air filled tires, instead of solid rubber tires. The wheels are cast aluminum and look very cool indeed. For convenience, a cellphone charger and 2 cup holders are provided. The Patriot is also equipped with a small American flag mounted on a rear post. The flag not only lets you show off your patriotism, but also doubles to help others be mindful of your presence. The center console also provides protection for the rider’s knees. Although, the seat is not a captain’s chair, it is quite comfortable. The steering is a little sensitive, so you must be careful taking sharp turns. This machine would be great for anyone living in an assisted living community, going shopping, to the amusement park, or for anyone with a medical condition which limits their mobility. The scooter is fairly compact and would fit into a large car trunk, or any SUV; however, the main unit weighs over 60 pounds and might be too heavy to lift for the elderly and frail. The battery and the seat are around 20 pounds each. Rear view mirrors would have been nice, especially while driving through the parking lot where cars are around, however this addition would have driven up the price of the unit. Aftermarket bolt-on mirrors for the handlebars could be purchased separately from any scooter shop. The front basket is rather small, and would not be able to accommodate a large grocery bag full of food. Both the front horn and reverse beeper are loud enough to be heard. The headlight is nice and bright. The battery level meter is questionable, since I drove about 2 miles and it still showed fully charge. The scooter could also be pulled along like luggage, using the front bumper as a handle. I would recommend an aftermarket umbrella for anyone who’s sensitive to the sun’s rays. Metro Mobility shipped out my unit fast, I received it within 5 days.

    PROS:
    • Economically priced
    • Solid construction
    • Headlight
    • Portable
    • Powerful motor
    • Good battery life
    • Cellphone charger

    CONS:
    • Basket too small
    • Main unit may be too heavy for some people to pick up into a car trunk

I have the M1 Plus in blue
I ordered mine through Amazon at a great price with my stimulus check
It’s much better quality than what the insurance would have paid for
I am very happy with my scooter In fact I just ordered the 20h battery for it

My wife loves her Patriot scooter.
    The good:
Cup holders, USB port, swivel seat comfortable, stable when driving, can take some large bumps, good speed (when battery is fully charged), easy to back-up, easy to drive in most stores, turn radius great, body style is sharp.

    The not so good:
The major downside is distance she can travel and speed as the battery gets low. We’ve had this scooter for four months with no issues except the battery draws down after about four miles on flat streets. Over time the distance range has gotten worse. We charged the scooter fully out of the box as suggested. I plug it in after every trip and leave it charging until the next trip. I’m not sure if I’m doing this correctly.
